Why psychodynamic

Why this approach, rather than another

Many therapies will help you manage a difficulty. Psychodynamic therapy asks where it came from, so that the change you make is less likely to need making again.

It goes after the pattern

Not just the symptom in front of you, but what keeps producing it.

The gains keep growing

Improvement in psychodynamic therapy tends to continue after the work has ended.

Nothing is off the agenda

No protocol, no homework: you bring whatever is most pressing that week.
